For those short on time, we designed an intense day that takes you to the heart of ancient Thebes. Your plane leaves Cairo in the morning, and within an hour you are in Luxor, where your private guide is waiting.

Cross the Nile to the West Bank for the Valley of the Kings and three royal tombs whose paintings have kept their colours for more than three thousand years, then Hatshepsut’s terraced temple carved into the cliffs and the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, return to the East Bank to explore Karnak and its Great Hypostyle Hall.
