Yes. Our team speaks Arabic and English, and we can provide guides in French, German, Italian, Spanish and other languages when requested in advance.

Some signature stays and tailor-made programmes (such as Umrah or bespoke outbound trips) vary in price with season, availability and group size. Simply tap “Request a quote” and we will send a detailed, transparent offer within one business day.
Absolutely. All our programmes can be adjusted — extra nights, a different hotel category or added experiences such as a balloon flight or Abu Simbel. Tell us what you would like and we will redesign and re-price it.
Yes. We coordinate group travel, corporate outings, conferences and weddings — accommodation, coach transport and touring — with special rates and a dedicated group coordinator.
You can pay by credit or debit card through a secure online payment gateway, via InstaPay or bank transfer, and in some cases on confirmation once availability and the quotation are confirmed. We will never ask for your card details by phone or WhatsApp.
Yes. Card details are entered directly on the payment gateway’s encrypted page; we never see or store them.
Base prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The site may display approximate amounts in other currencies for convenience, but the amount charged follows the invoice currency shown at checkout.
Cancellation terms depend on the service and its supplier and are always stated in your quotation and confirmation. As a general rule, day trips can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance; full details are on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page.
Check-in is usually from 14:00 or 15:00 and check-out by 12:00, varying slightly by property as shown on each stay’s page. We can request early check-in or late check-out subject to availability.
Most hotels let a young child stay free with parents and offer reductions for older children. Policies vary by property and room type and are listed on each stay’s page; we are happy to recommend family or connecting rooms.
Yes. Our serviced apartments in Maadi, Zamalek and New Cairo are fully equipped for weekly and monthly stays, with special rates for stays of a month or longer.
Obtaining visas and travel documents is the traveller’s responsibility, but we clearly advise on requirements and timing and provide the booking documents needed for your application. For Umrah programmes, visa procedures are coordinated through licensed providers.
Our day trips are private by default, with a vehicle and guide just for you and your companions; the per-person price varies with group size. Shared departures can be arranged for larger groups on request.
Yes. We design gently paced programmes with suitable hotels and routes, and arrange wheelchairs and airport assistance on request. Let us know your needs in advance so we can plan carefully.
We track flight arrivals in real time, and your driver waits according to the actual landing time — with no extra waiting fee on airport pick-ups.
Yes. All our vehicles come with a chauffeur, and the daily rate includes fuel within Greater Cairo for up to 10 hours. Intercity journeys are priced by distance.
