Siwa Oasis Eco-Lodge

At the foot of a mountain on the edge of a salt lake, Siwa Oasis Eco-Lodge feels like a natural extension of the land: walls of kershef, ceilings of palm trunks and floors of local stone. The rooms deliberately have no electricity, so you live the oasis nights as Siwans long have — by candle and lantern light.

The kitchen serves Siwan dishes from the lodge’s organic gardens with the oasis’s dates and olives. There is a natural pool fed by a freshwater spring and massages with Siwan olive oil.

Given the limited number of rooms and the intimate nature of the experience, rates are on request and usually include meals and desert excursions. Send us your request and we will craft a complete oasis programme.

Check-in: from 13:00 — Check-out: until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a supplement.

• Children: Children aged 6 and above are welcome.
• Cancellation: free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival; after that the first night is charged, unless your confirmation states otherwise. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded.
• Documents: a valid national ID or passport is required for all adult guests on arrival.
• There is no electricity in the rooms to preserve the eco character; charging points are available in the common area.
